Rodgers & Burton have a specialist leasehold enfranchisement team with more than 15 years experience of working within this complex area of law.  We can advise on projects of all sizes from straightforward lease extension claims to freehold purchases of buildings of all sizes from large blocks of flats to smaller flat conversions. 

We act for Landlords, Lessees and Head lessees and have represented clients at the County Court and the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), formerly known as the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal LVT.  We are a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).

We are less than 10 minutes’ walk from Mortlake main line station.  Coming out of the station follow Sheen Lane up on the same side as the platform for trains going into Waterloo.  Vineyard Path is about 100 m on the right hand side.

If you are coming by car there is free parking in the area around the office after 11.00 am.

You may take a 209 bus from Hammersmith to Avondale Road.  There is a 200 m walk along Mortlake High Street and the offices are behind the Sorting Office.
