Probate and Trust Litigation

When a person dies there are sometimes disputes among the family.  It may be that one person feels that they have not received an adequate share of the estate or another that the appointed executor is not doing his or her job properly.

These are difficult times that can often see family members fall out.

It is important that you receive the right kind of advice as to your rights and that you have the right kind of support. Above all we have to take care that the case does not swallow up all of the assets of the estate. Parties can sometimes be so passionate that they end up wasting all of the estate on costs.

We have experience in dealing with all kinds of disputes that might arise following the death of a person both in the High Court and in the Chancery List of the Central London County Court.
